Reclaimed denim and vintage textiles are layered with the distinctive geometry of the PDX carpet. Hand-stitched Maru Bishamon (丸毘沙門) sashiko brings a traditional Japanese motif into the composition, its interlocking forms reminiscent of armor and associated with strength and protection.
